Kraig J. Roesch, President and Chief Executive Officer

Kraig Roesch is a native Coloradoan growing up on a family farm in the southeast corner of the state near Lamar. Kraig received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University in 1991.

In 1994 Kraig graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado that fall. He spent the next four years in private practice and as a contract prosecutor in Bent County Colorado as well as a partner in a cow–calf operation.

Kraig then spent two years as a financial manager and attorney for Conti Beef, LLC in Lamar, Colorado. He joined USDA Packers & Stockyards Program in July 2000 as a Legal Specialist and continued in that role until becoming Regional Director of the Western Regional Office in July 2012.

In April 2018 Kraig joined the National Livestock Producers Association as President and CEO.

Bill joined NLPA in June 2018 as a part-time bookkeeper. He has over 25 years of experience in non-profit and government accounting. Bill has an MBA in Accounting from Pace University in New York City.

Polly Welden, Marketing

Born and educated in Iowa, Polly lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 23 years, working in media, corporate public relations, advertising agencies, as a marketing consultant and as owner of two event management businesses. Polly moved to Colorado Springs in 2005. Prior to marketing for NLPA, she served as the Communications and Marketing Director at the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.
